Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders across Pakistan. There are no hidden shipping charges.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if available) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate when placing your order. MUSCART is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at muscartm@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
